Most settings in Overtone Analyzer are controlled through the View Menu and the Options Dialog. The most common settings are also on the toolbar.
You can bring up the options dialog by clicking on the options toolbar button, by clicking on Tools / Options, or by pressing F10. Below are explanations for each different part of the options dialog.
