Dear Norbert,
The manual is not yet available as PDF, but we are looking into that. For now, please note that you already have a full copy of the manual in the form of the help file that comes with the program (only English for now, but the German version will come with version 1.0.5).
To read the help file, open Overtone Analyzer and in the 'Help' menu click on 'Help Topics'. The help manual can be read like a book by using the 'next' and 'previous' buttons.
