Hello, I bought the lite program on 9-26-08. The program was installed on my laptop with XP. That computer died and I have bought a new laptop with vista. I have this REF# 231765825 but it does not let me install the current software. I have been able to instal and run the free version but I think it will shut down soon. can you send me a new code to install the current version?

You should be able to install the program on Vista without any problems, but it sounds like you don't have your license key anymore. I'll send you a new key by email.

I sent you a new license key by email yesterday. Please check your spam folder to see if it might have ended there. It is also possible that your email provider does not allow emails with attachments. Please check with them to see if that might be the case.
I just resent the mail to you from a different email account to see if that makes any difference. Please let me know if you get this.
