When you start VoceVista Video for the first time, it will begin to run in a free 30-day trial mode. If your trial period has passed before you had a chance to look at the program, you can request a trial period extension. To do so, please ensure that you have the latest version of the software (found on our downloads page). When the program starts, it will tell you how many days of your trial period are left. If it has expired, you will see a number at the end of the text:
In the screenshot above, the trial number is “tr917162737”. You can double-click on that number to select it, and then copy and paste it into an email.
Please send us an email to support@sygyt.com including your full name and your trial number, so that we can extend your trial period.
